Description: The Construct Taxiway (Phase II) Project includes removal of Existing Taxiway D between Runway 8-26 & the East Apron, & removal of the Existing Taxi Lane between Existing Taxiway D & the North Side of Industrial Shop #1 (FBO / Aircraft Storage). A new, full-depth asphalt pavement section – relocated / reconstructed Taxiway D - will be constructed between the easternmost portion of Taxiway A (relocated / reconstructed in Phase I) & Runway 8-26. A new, full-depth asphalt pavement section will also be constructed between the East Apron & the North Side of Industrial Shop #1 (FBO / Aircraft Storage); to replace access to / from the North Side of Industrial Shop #1 (FBO / Aircraft Storage). Additionally, three (3) paved aircraft parking stubs (new, full-depth asphalt pavement section) will be constructed off of the Northern edge of the East Apron; to replace three (3) paved aircraft parking stubs removed between Existing Taxiway D & the North Side of Industrial Shop #1 (FBO / Aircraft Storage). Turf areas will be excavated & re-graded to meet site stormwater requirements, & drainage infrastructure will be constructed / modified. Other ancillary items of work include construction of underdrains associated with relocated / reconstructed Taxiway D, demolition / modification / construction of electrical infrastructure, & pavement marking.

Description: Drainage work. This project may be federally funded in whole or in part. The work under this contract consists generally of rehabilitation of existing drainage system, including pipe replacement, catch basin adjustment, regrading infield areas and related work at various airside and landside locations at Teterboro Airport, Bergen County, New Jersey. Scope includes temporary utility services; temporary sanitary facilities; maintenance of traffic and work area protection. General Construction: Temporary air and water pollution, soil erosion, and siltation control; mobilization. Site Work: Preparation/removal of existing pavements; clearing and grubbing; excavation, sub-grade, and embankment. Base Courses: Aggregate base course. Miscellaneous: Concrete for miscellaneous structures. Drainage: Pipe for storm drains and culverts; manholes, catch basins, inlets, and inspection holes. Concrete: Portland cement concrete; concrete reinforcement; precast concrete; non-shrink, non-metallic grouting. Specialties: Aluminum sign panels and supports. Earthwork: Dewatering; geotextiles. Exterior Improvements: Soil testing; adding compost hydraulically-applied erosion control - high performance flexible growth medium; seeding. Utilities: Cleaning of exterior storm water drainage and sanitary sewer systems; exterior storm drainage system; manhole and drainage structures.

Description: The Work consists of rehabilitation and improvements to the existing 48-inch and 42-inch diameter Pequannock Aqueducts. This work includes but is not limited to the selective demolition of the existing air release valve chambers, demolition of the existing air release valves, piping and appurtenances. Proposed improvements include the furnishing and installing of new air and vacuum release valves, piping and appurtenances, new concrete chambers, site and access improvements, grading and restorations at nine (9) separate sites. Aqueduct rehabilitation and spot repairs on existing 72-inch Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) segments, and concrete slab modifications are also to be performed. This contract or subcontract is expected to be funded in part with funds from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust
